This special Pregnancy & Infant Loss Keepsake was created for those who have lost their child through pregnancy, still birth or infant loss; preserving their tiny hand and foot impressions forever.
The Pregnancy & Infant Loss Keepsake features a 1:1 scale of your baby’s hand and foot. Created from raised black acrylic, it authentically mirrors the original hand and foot ink impression taken at the hospital and will become a tangible piece that you can hold onto forever in memory of your baby.
Identical in style to our Mini Pregnancy & Infant Loss Keepsake, this larger size offers more room on the keepsake for when your baby's hand and foot impression measures more than 5cm high.
How to Order
How to Order
1. Before ordering your Pregnancy & Infant Loss Keepsake, we recommend that you message us on instagram or send us an email (info@otelier.com.au) of the hand and foot impression to see if it is suitable to use.
2. Using millimetres, measure the length of the hand and foot from the highest to the lowest point of the impression (visual instructions on how to do this can be found in the product photos).
IMPORTANT: Not all hand and foot impressions will work due to the size or quality of the original. We will always do our best to work with what you have.

1. Lay the original impressions on a well-lit, flat surface when taking the photo.
2. Make sure there are no shadows cast with your device and turn off your flash.
3. Take a photo directly from above, ensuring the camera is positioned straight over the impression without tilting.
OR
4. Use a scanner (recommended) to scan the original at 300dpi. Save it as a JPEG or PDF file and email us.
Processing Time
Processing Time
We do our best to get your keepsakes made quickly. However, each item is handmade and has an estimated processing time of 3-4 weeks (plus shipping) from your order being placed.
Please note, this may be affected by the length of time taken by you to approve the proof of your custom order.
If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date email us before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will always do our best to get your piece to you in time, however, this is not always guaranteed. Rush fees may apply.

We offer two convenient shipping options through Australia Post:
- Express Shipping
- Standard Shipping.
All parcels are sent with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery.
All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales. Refer to the Australia Post delivery calculator for shipping estimates. Shipping times are not included in the production time. We only send to Australian residential addresses.
Our keepsakes are completely customised for you and unfortunately ineligible for exchange, refund or store credit. We do not accept exchanges or returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
