Note: Our framed keepsakes are designed without glass, allowing you to see and feel the artwork under your fingertips– bringing your cherished memories even closer.

1. Before ordering your Kids' Art Keepsake, we recommend that you message us on instagram or send us an email (info@otelier.com.au) with a photo of the artwork to see if it is suitable to use.

2. Specify exactly what you want to be included in your keepsake.

IMPORTANT: Not all artworks will work due to the size or quality of the original. In some instances a larger sized keepsake may be required to fulfil your request. 

TIP: If you are having your child create an artwork specifically for a keepsake:

• Use a clean white piece of paper.
• Use a black sharpie marker/pen with a minimum 0.7 thickness OR
• Use thick coloured texters (for coloured keepsakes) to create outlines. Normal pencils can be used to fill in colour. Avoid any light colours for outlines as they can be hard to see and reproduce authentically.

1. Lay the original artwork on a well-lit, flat surface when taking the photo.

2. Make sure there are no shadows cast with your device and turn off your flash.

3. Take a photo directly from above, ensuring the camera is positioned straight over the original without tilting.

OR

4. Use a scanner (recommended) to scan the original at 300dpi. Save it as a JPEG or PDF file and email us.

We do our best to get your keepsakes made quickly. However, each item is handmade and has an estimated processing time of 3-4 weeks (plus shipping) from your order being placed.

Please note, this may be affected by the length of time taken by you to approve the proof of your custom order.

If you require a piece urgently or by a specific date email us before placing your order to avoid any disappointment. We will always do our best to get your piece to you in time, however, this is not always guaranteed. Rush fees may apply.

We offer two convenient shipping options through Australia Post:

• Express Shipping
• Standard Shipping.

All parcels are sent with tracking, so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales. Refer to the Australia Post delivery calculator for shipping estimates. Shipping times are not included in the production time. We only send to Australian residential addresses.

Our keepsakes are completely customised for you and unfortunately ineligible for exchange, refund or store credit. We do not accept exchanges or returns simply because you have changed your mind. Please consider this prior to placing your order.
